The right individual will possess subcontractor management skills and a high level of customer service. This person should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and dynamic environment that is laser-focused on customer service, operational execution, and growth. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage residential construction and remodeling projects from initiation to completion.</li><li>Completely project manage assigned residential reconstruction projects, ensuring correct production, quality control, and budget percentages meet company standards.</li><li>Coordinate internal pre/post-production efforts and assist customers through the insurance claims process if applicable.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of job sites and facilitate pick up and delivery of materials as needed.</li><li>Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring that project delivery meets quality and budgetary standards.</li><li>Manage multiple personalities in the field from client expectations and employee/subcontractor quality realization.</li><li>Effectively brief and communicate with clients, peers, staff, and leadership.</li><li>Complete all reconstruction jobs efficiently, maintaining profitable revenue expectations while maintaining safety standards at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors Degree with 2-3 years of Project Management experience in a related field.&nbsp;Note: While a degree is preferred, life/work experience speaks volumes to a candidates capabilities</li><li>Qualified Remodeler, capable of running multiple projects at a time, ranging from kitchen remodels, to room additions.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in project management software and tools, specifically JobTread.</li><li>Practical hands-on experience in multiple trades is a plus</li><li>Experience in managing multiple personalities in the field from client expectations and employee/ subcontractor quality realization.&nbsp;</li><li>Positive attitude, solution-oriented.</li><li>Capable of pulling a trailer with a company truck.</li><li>Possesses great time management skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.</li><li>Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, climb roofs, and ladders, and work in various environments.</li><li>Valid Texas drivers license.</li><li>Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Full-Time</li><li>Salary at $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.</li><li>Subsidized Medical Insurance.</li><li>Paid Holidays.</li><li>PTO/Vacation.</li></ul>If you are passionate about residential construction and remodeling and are looking to join a dynamic team committed to excellence, we want to hear from you!
